Triple Laser is a slightly weaker colorless version of Glaciate. I’d probably use Kyurem over this if I were running a spread strategy, regardless of this guy’s superior HP and ability to be used in decks of other types.
Protect Charge, if you can get it out , however, is just zany. He’ll be taking a lot of damage from X-Ball, but that’s about it. If they ever print special metal energy before this guy rotates out, this guy could eventually turn out to be pretty much invincible with the right level of setup…it’ll just take you ages upon ages to get that setup

      This was actually a legal combo in HS-on but with Eviolite instead of Hard Charm. Plus, Defender was legal at the time, too.

        Yeah, I actually stay in the “current” format during those periods as well as testing for the new one. Some deck ideas will simply never see the light of day otherwise.

I never understood the hype for this guy. People were talking about teching it into Eels, Darkrai, etc. yet I don’t even find it good in Klinklang.
