Am I the only one disturbed that there are only a handful of printings of this thing that even have an attack that uses colorless energy? Ingame, this pokemon has one of the most diverse offensive movepools you will see on a water type. I’m talking, it learns signal beam, psybeam, aurorabeam, bubble beam , Hyper Beam and even bullet seed via level-ups..not even using TMs. Shouldn’t one expect it to have moves that use different types of energy?
