Comparing it to the other Tag Team GX cards, I’d argue this *is* the ‘alternate art’ version of the regular card, and that it didn’t receive a ‘regular’ full art version. The same is also true of Solgaleo & Lunala GX, and both came from the same Japanese set, which explains that one.

You’re right! I didn’t notice that Solgaleo & Lunala GX ALSO only had 3 versions of their Tag Team cards, unlike the four that others got.
