And we have x2 weaknesses, so why can’t we have Resistance divide by 2?

The problem with involving division into damage calculation is that you’ll often get things that aren’t multiples of ten. Base Set Raticate required the user to round up, so I guess that works.

They worded it in a way that even if there were -10 resistances, since it is REDUCED by 20, the lowest you can go is 0. If they said added, it would be different.
