Mew Prime don’t got 170 HP.
If Mew copied HP of all pokemon in the LZ, MewGar with Wailord (Can’t start with it like you can a big EX) would be BDIF.

I mean that you could just LZ Rhyperior to get the main benefit of the card without evolving twice then leveling up.
