    When it says “your Pokémon” on the Rock Wall ability, does it just mean Rhyperior, or your benched Pokémon as well?

      Just make sure to distinguish between attacks that deal damage and attacks that directly place damage counters on pokemon. The latter will bypass this effect, whether the victim is benched or active
