{P}{C}{C} → Hypnoblast : 40
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Asleep.
{P}{C}{C}{C} → Psyburn : 70

We dreamed of creating the world’s strongest Pokemon…and we succeeded!

At least he used to be the world’s strongest pokemon. Come Dark EXplorers, Raikou will be the world’s strongerst pokemon.

Mewtwo’s Darkness Switch is actually a modified version of Morty’s TM 02, which involved giving the enemy your damage counters rather than trading at them, from the (otherwise horrifyingly bad) japanese exclusive Vs. expansion. The TM is functionally similar, but it requires a total energy discard and, tragically, is limited exclusively to Morty’s terrible low HP pokemon, all of whom are second banana haymaker knockoffs.
I feel that this effect would be much more interesting as a TM based move, though it might be a tad bit too format defining

Wait… why does it have Psychic Type weakness? Is Bug Psychic now?
Psykicked
No, since Mewtwo is a dark type, then Fighting is Psychic now. Obviously.
