{P} → Juxtapose
Flip a coin. If heads, switch the number of damage counters on Rocket’s Mewtwo with the number of damage counters on the Defending Pokémon (even if it would Knock Out either Pokémon). (It’s okay if 1 of the Pokémon has no damage counters on it.)
{P}{P} → Hypnoblast : 20
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Asleep.
{P}{P}{P}{C} → Psyburn : 60

Was this the first Pokemon with more than 2 attacks?
Matheus Aguiar
Bulbapedia says so.
I remember my first time seeing this card, I was so awed at the three attacks… Good old times.

When I first saw a card with 3 attacks, it was a trailer for the Neo series and I was so jealous!

plus Alakazam Base Set and Vileplume from whatever set.

There should be more cards with the “it’s okay” reminder/clarification text.
“It’s okay if you have no cards in your deck”
“it’s okay if if this attack cannot do any damage”
“It’s okay if the recoil effect from this attack causes you to lose the game.”

Everything will be OK :)

This card may have the smallest Pokemon card illustration box of all time. Impossible to unsee!

For the Japanese Rocket and Gym sets, all Evolution Pokémon cards have smaller illustration boxes. The Japanese version of this card was the only non-Evolution card with a smaller box, which they intentionally did so as to be able to fit in a third attack (whereas the other cards were making the boxes smaller so as to fit in the full names of the Dark Pokémon and/or Owner’s Pokémon).
This is the only card of these sets that WOTC adjusted to try and match these shorter boxes, but still only somewhat. The EN Mewtwo’s illustration box is still wider, and for some reason shorter, which is why it looks so awkwardly cropped on the top in particular.

Looks a lot like Steve Wilkos.

This card is one of many featured in the Pokémon TCG Online Illustration Exhibition, which has a novel bonus of providing digital artwork for cards we typically haven’t had access to before they started consistently providing them for PTCGO. Has the staff of the site considered scraping the exhibit for these images to bring a few older cards in line with the “newer standard”, or would you prefer to stick with scans for consistency’s sake?

LTR Gardevoir has this same attack, under the name “Eternal Radiance”!!

They’re actually pretty different. Switching the damage counters of two Pokemon is quite different from moving all damage counters from one Pokemon for another. Also, Juxtapose requires a coin flip and Eternal Radiance prevents its own usage during the player’s next turn.
