This card doesn’t share any attack names with Rising Rivals’ Roserade GL, but, if you squint, it does appear to be a callback to the card. Poisonous Whip is a nerfed Poison Bind, but Assassin’s Rose is a very buffed Long Whip.

I have a question. Assasin’s Rose does 60 to the active pokemon and ALSO 60 to an benched pokemon.
I’v seen many cards doing an amount of damage to the active and a different amount to a benched pokemon.
But the word “ALSO” implies that it does the SAME damage you did to the active pokemon to the benched pokemon.
So if I increase the damage to the active pokemon it “ALSO” increases damage to the benched pokemon???????????????????

Not necesarilly! Because the card states how much damage you are suppossed to do to the benched pokemon, if it worked the way you say it would say something along the lines of “this attack also does the same amout of damage to 1 of your opponent’s benched pokemon”
