This card always felt to me like the big climactic end to the EX era. A popular gen 3 character equipped with two tremendous attacks that feel a lot more spammable than usual. Still, looks pretty tame compared to some of the raw damage and speed the very next set would usher in with cards like Infernape Lv. X
