    What is it with TPCi surprising us by releasing a competitively viable promo hidden among all the end of year product? ;) Only half kidding here; it isn’t that I want them to release bad promos, but I kind of prefer they be alternate versions of existing cards, so that they really are for PROMOTIONAL purposes (advertising, reaching new people, enticing collectors, increasing card supply, etc.).

    So why bother commenting? This isn’t the first time this has happened. November 2016 isn’t truly last minute, but it is kind of close at it took a few weeks after release for Salamence-EX to become legal for organized play. So this is one part discussion, one part note to myself so that I remember to keep track of this over the years. XD
