    The first rare card I got on a booster..it’s attack went double tails for me so many times!

    I really don’t get retreat cost. It’s clearly not based on a Pokemon Base Speed stat (because Charizards have a consistently high retreat) and it’s not based on how agile a Pokemon might be (like Sceptile). What gives?!?!
