My immediate reaction to this message was to check which generation 3 sets Seaking was printed in.
Expansions from the “EX” series only used conventional “reverse holos” for four sets… EX Ruby & Sapphire, EX Sandstorm, EX Dragon, and EX Team Magma vs. Team Aqua. After that, the “reverse holos” looked like traditional holos, though they often used a different holofoil pattern than the holo rares in the same set and/or had the set symbol stamped on the corner of the artwork.
Reverse holo Seaking from EX Deoxys has its holofoil pattern INSIDE the frame instead of OUTSIDE it, though like other the reverse holos of other rares (And holo rares) from the set, you can also see the holofoil pattern through its name and HP. The foil pattern is sometimes called Ice Wheel and is exclusive to EX Deoxys (Unless it’s been used on a coin like all sorts of other old holos have).
