Totally bland pokemon card, here. This evolutionary line produces something that is slightly more combat capable than the musketeers (Ice ball turn 2 for 30, evolve and aurora beam turn 3 for 80, if you live to turn 4 you can land a confirmed paralysis if the opponent survives the onslaught) , but you’re investing a full evolutionary line for that, and you could , should you be unable to get an evolution out, be stuck with THIS guy, who is outplayed by Virizion in every way.
On another note, it’s interesting that almost without exception this line is almost always portrayed purely as an ice type (only one Sealeo was ever weak to lightning rather than metal.) It’s often forgotten that the TCG types are hybridizations of various types from the original game, but the designers here haven’t forgotten that.
