Continuing my “Headbutt” history from GE Slowbro, PHF Munna, BCR Wobbuffet, DRX Garchomp, etc….
The attack “Freezing Headbutt” has only appeared sporadically in the TCG. Debuted here but didn’t appear in Gen 5 or Gen 7.

There are a lot of incorrect “wrong weakness!” comments on this site resulting from folks who don’t quite get how types are represented in the TCG, but this Seel, SV Seel, and FCO Seel do actually all have the wrong Weakness. Seel is actually a mono-Water until it gains the Ice type on evolution into Dewgong, but has been assigned an {M} Weakness (corresponding to Ice Pokémon). The SK and RG Seel and Dewgong cards actually sort of call this out (going from an {L} Weakness to an {M} Weakness on evolution) but considering how many of their cards before (and after) shared the same Weakness, it’s easy to see how someone could end up thinking Seel and Dewgong shared the exact same type combo.

Gen 4 does do some weird stuff with W/Rs and type representation – SV Mr. Mime has no Weakness to ensure its Poké-Body isn’t cracked for certain matchups, several Bronzong cards have a {R} Resistance as a way of incorporating its VG Heatproof ability, a few HGSS Lugia cards are {W} type (presumably to better contrast against Ho-Oh? still weird as) – but stealth-adding an Ice type to Seel is probably an unintentional error.
