Directly following from my longer post in N2 Spinarak, sometimes there are Basic Pokémon floating around *without* any apparent respective Evolution cards to evolve into. If N2 Spinarak could’ve had you look forward to an N4 Dark Ariados after N3 came and went with no new Ariados card, then this Sentret card would’ve had you looking forward to a N4 Dark Furret for the same reasons, or else a Light Furret when you found out about the set’s gimmick. For the two Sentret cards in the Neo block, there only ever was a single Furret for them to evolve into – no Japanese promo or deck exclusive we never got helps to circle the square, this Sentret exists with no apparent raison d’etre (at least per the framework I suggested in Spinarak’s comments). Did they forget to include a Dark (or Light) Furret in Neo 4?
