Not even close. Look at Thought Wave Machine, Minion of Team Rocket, most of the Shining Pokémon from Neo, most of the Crystal Pokémon from AQ and SKR, Kyogre CL, Dialga CL, or more recently Musharna PHF and Victini BCR.

Mantidactyle, half of those terrible rares have immense collectors value. This card is just bland and boring and for a mon most people aren’t seeking to add to their collection
