    Holo-treatment on the Japanese one is unique and way cooler. It’s the same as Shinning Mew and has that glittering rainbow going through the whole card.
    Thank again Wizards…

    Love the look of this card. Looks better than most of the “Shining” pokemon imo.

    Did/does this card see play? I’m trying to find examples of decks centered around it but I’m mostly finding examples of articles talking about its pricing. Miracle Energy + Ecogym circumvents Devastate’s attack expense and Miracle Energy’s drawback¹ – the damage output is overwhelming but the potential of removing several Energy in a single go is quite nice.

      Ecogym actually hurts you here. Miracle Energy is discarded since Ecogym only prevents energy from being discarded by your opponent’s effects. So assuming Devastate flips a heads, you’re losing your Miracle Energy while returning their energy to their hand.

        Returning Energy to the opponent’s hand is fine – they’re still gonna end up being thrown back on the Energy attachments per turn – but I was looking for an easy out on the attack’s Energy expense for it to be feasible to fire off several times. So you’re right, I overlooked that important clause regarding how Ecogym works >.<;;
        Like, I did find some examples of decks that include this card, but more of an incidental thing included if enemy Weaknesses or its Resistance line up in its favor to merit trying and fire off a couple instances of Devastate with minimal drawback, but not really as a primary attacker. Ah well.
