So, when I have this active and my opponent has Muk ex active. I now attach Cyclone Energy from hand to active Shuckle, do I get to draw a card?

I’d guess no, because he is still active when the energy gets attached. But there might be some weird ruling regarding timings that I’m unaware of

Since Muk ex stops all PPs and PBs when it’s active, Shuckle’s PB is already negated when the Cyclone Energy is attached. Muk ex goes to the bench, but the draw doesn’t happen.
