Was the coin flip REALLY necessary? Without it, this would have been a slight upgrade over Psyduck HP 81. As it is, this is more comparable to the third vending venonat..which was about twelve years old at the time. Oddly enough, like psyduck, this evolves into a pokemon whose only form of damage is reliant on the state of your opponent’s hand.
