     Not that I’ve seen. Not even as a singleton in deck with Octillery’s search. When decks are running pokemon with 320 hitpoints that hit for upwards of 250 damage a mere 60 heal couldn’t be more irrelevant.

     if not even Malamar is using it as cannon fodder for its attack, I doubt many decks will consider using it. 60 is way too small of a heal, although if Ice Caly Check Mate becomes too much of a hassle, you could consider using it as a way to get out of Medicham V‘s range. But I don’t think anyone will.

   I’ve used it in terrible Zangoose decks(not competitive but the rogue nature of it really screws people up in casual). You have to use a rapid strike supporter every turn, which is generally not Siebold but sometimes he’s there and he helps a tiny bit and you get to do another 70 damage to the pokemon in front of you and 110 to 2 pokemon on the bench. That’s about the only use I’ve ever found for it.
