I read somewhere that this artwork is a reference to a famous web cartoon featuring Pachirisu eating a berry. Anyone here recall what it was??

I believe the art you’re referring to is fan art of of Se-jun Park’s worlds-winning Pachirisu. In case you don’t know the story, Park brought Pachirisu to VGC and won the finals by using follow me to redirect a Draco Meteor, allowing him to win the game. Fans became obsessed with the imagery of this non-meta little rodent nonchalantly taking a Draco Meteor and eating a Sitrus Berry immediately afterwards, hence the fan art :) hope this helps
