Not really. There were a bunch of Pokemon like that back then, and it’s easy enough just to attack with Eelektrik or a support evolution anyway.

Ok, how about this + Aerodactyl FO + Dark Vileplume. :P Ah forget it, Aggron ex is WAY better! Unless of course you were going to deck them out via pure stall.
