If the Defending Pokémon tries to attack during your opponent’s next turn, your opponent flips 2 coins. If either of them is tails, that attack does nothing.

It sprays a stinky fluid from its tail. The fluid smells worse the longer it is allowed to fester.

I’m lookin’ for the way to make a deck with this Pokémon as a main attacker, using Sticky Smokescreen. I know that attack isn’t so much powerful, but his effect is very good for me… can anyone help me with that?

It’s not as good as it seems, since your opponent can just bench their active or evolve.
In Standard, you could play Toxapex (SUM) and Seviper (BUS). Thay way, your opponent would have to choose between an attack that may not hit or retreating and becoming poisoned for up to 50 damage.
In Expanded, you could combine it with Dragalge (FLF) and Hypnotoxic Laser or Ariados (AOR) so that retreating is not an option.
The problem with both strategies is that you’d be stalling for no reason. Your opponent could benefit from this more than you since you’d be buying time for both, but your main attacker is already set up.
And there are plenty of ways to switch. Even if they can’t, there is always that 25% chance the attack will hit anyway. Besides, you will always be open for an attack right after scoring a knock out.
tl;dr: This card is neither strong nor disruptive enough to be a main attacker.

This was the only Skuntank card to appear in Gen 7.
