    These sleep-inducing “Flickering” attacks debuted in Gen 3 (in the English-language TCG, at least) 💤 💤 💤

      They’re probably unrelated… This attack’s JP name appears to have nothing to do with the JP name of Flickering Flames, the only attack with ‘Flickering’ I can find in its name in Gen 3; other Flickering attacks that show up in later Generations also seem unrelated.
