   This card might have been good if it accelerated a different energy type. Psychic already has Gardevoir ex!

     I imagine it has to see play in Gym Leader Challenge, though, right? It’s a sidegrade of Shining Mew, a card that’s been featured in Psychic type Garbodor BKP decks since it provides a non- Malamar FLI , non- Xatu PAR way of accelerating Energy. Of course, Shining Mew can accelerate Special Energy, giving it synergy with Necrozma UNM and (Formerly) Deoxys FST that do more damage with Special Energy attached, or Golurk CRE that benefit from Double Colorless Energy or Twin Energy. However, Double Colorless and Twin Energy are now banned, and of course Smoochum doesn’t need an Energy of its own to use its attack.

The list was last updated in August of 2024, but I imagine it could get updated any day now.
