This card serves as a painful reminder that water resistance used to be a thing!!! Why, oh why, don’t resistances like this stick around?? Why does it always just revert back to the same old types getting resisted?? (lightning and fighting especially)

Why does the TCG allow resistance nerfs to several types, but not others?? Water, Fire, Lightning, and Colorless are all resistance-free….
