This sounds like it could cause real headaches in a metagame dominated by basic pokemon. A 110 HP pokemon with a 70 damage attack would lose the ability to OHKO pokemon with 60 or 70 HP and loses a 2HKO against Terrakion, but attacks that deal 60 damage can no longer 2HKO it. The benefit would break down purely to number crunching if both sides used basics

If you guys sit down for a second to think about it; this would probably make zekrom (BLW non-EX) BDIF or near it. 150 HP and a 120 damage attack, and only take one prize when you kill it? Oh, and if it has eviolite, it can get an outrage of for sure.
It would also make Kyurem NVI a good card again, I believe.

Well, Kyurem NVI wouldn’t like it because it means more Glaciates to kill stuff, but other than that I think it would be pretty good.
