Snubbull’s blue-footed tenure was short-lived. This and the Skyridge print are the only cards featuring Snubbull with blue feet, alongside its GS stock artwork:

Oddly, the Neo Genesis print that predates these cards has cream feet like all subsequent depictions. Perhaps Arita already knew it would likely have cream feet going forward.
