This card really doesn’t seem that bad. Rush In is always a great ability and the move is good, too. Only big downside seems to be that it’s a Stage 2.

Yup, the ability comes straight from Keldeo-EX.

I think it’s very usable on a lot of decks due to the fact its only attack does not need any colored energy. There’s also Rare Candy, which lets you skip Stage 1.
