As if SP Pokemon needed any extra help to be overpowered!

  I think the idea behind strong basic SP Pokemon was to counter the Broken Time-Space stadium that made evolution Pokemon much stronger at the time

    Mewtwo Lv.X was also part of the balance between SP vs. evolution Pokémon at that time. You had to run something to shut its Poké-Body off (Dialga G Lv.X) or circumvent it (at least some non-SP evolution line).
