It rotates its geometrically shaped body to swim through the water. It always seems to be sending out mysterious radio waves.

This move feels like a throwback to Neo Revelation Starmie‘s second move, with the bench sniping.

Combos really well with EVS Medicham V. You could potentially knock out 3-4 Pokémon whilst being able to re-use Melony or other energy recovery cards for each extra Medicham turn.

I think it can combo even better with PAL Baxcalibur. This is better than SSH Frosmoth because Baxcalibur can attach Energy to your Active Pokémon. The same expansion includes a reprint of Superior Energy Retrieval, which restores 4 Energies into your hand, for the cost of 2 other cards from your hand.

How does this interact with Telescopic Sight · Vivid Voltage (VIV) #160 ? Does each pop deal 60 damage?

The first would do 60, then for each water discarded after that it would only do an extra 30.
