If that second attack just called for different type of Energy, and not specifically basic Energy, this card could be pretty good against decks that rely on Scramble Energy or Double Rainbow Energy. But I would imagine that would be pretty hard to properly rule, given that one Rainbow Energy technically provides 8 different types of Energy.
