Interesting that this ability has two separate effects. I can’t think of any other Pokémon with dual-function abilities like this.

It feels like it should’ve just been two separate abilities, but I’m not sure there’s a precedent for that? V-Unions across multiple cards sure, and pre-Ability cards would very rarely have both a Poke-Power and a Poke-Body, but no example of multiple Abilities on one single card is coming to mind.
