This should have been a fun to use Charizard ex counter, but it sees no play because it is terrible against literally everything else.

I hate to be a hater, but this is a horrid counter to Charizard, if a Charizard player sees you drop a Sunkern they will never attach more than 2 fire energy to their Pokemon, and suddenly all you can do is 120 damage.
