I believe there was a naming conflict that only exists in English that was avoided because this card was released afterwards.
In the video games, this Item is just called Honey. But Honey is also the name of Mustard’s wife from the Isle of Armor who received a Supporter card about a year before this card was released. TPCi went with Sweet Honey which is a more literal translation of the Item’s name in Japanese.
