It eats its own weight in sugar every day. If it doesn’t get enough sugar, it becomes incredibly grumpy.

I just built a Lost Box deck with this card on PTCG Live where the goal is to attack twice with TM: Crisis Punch at the end of the game, but when I had the combo all in place and attacked, it only let me use Crisis Punch once. Are TMs not considered “an attack it has”?

No, it is not. This isn’t a mistranslation either, it’s worded very deliberately so Festival Lead can only use the printed attack twice.

Just compare it to the wording on Jumpluff from Evolving Skies EVS004.
“This Pokémon may attack twice each turn. If the first attack Knocks Out your opponent’s Active Pokémon, you may attack again after your opponent chooses a new Active Pokémon.”
Notice how much less wordy it is.
