The set is listed as Guardians Rising, but I believe the image above is for the version of this card from Hidden Fates: Shiny Vault.

It’s because it’s an alt art of a Guardians Rising card, and it has a Guardians Rising set stamp; this was the English edition’s lousy way of handling legality while refusing to adopt the regulation marks (which is why Gen 8 starts with ‘D’, instead of ‘A’).
For trying to price out or manage collections, it would be nice to be able to find them when searching for Hidden Legends and go through it with their Shiny Vault numbering, or at least have a search like https://pkmncards.com/?s=%23sv* work.

collection:shiny-vault works as a search (the sort order would also need to be by set number).
At the time we weren’t sure how many more times Pokemon was going to do weird things with alt arts, and we didn’t want to put the cards in the “main” Hidden Legends set because the way the site was coded at the time we would’ve had to make the whole set legal or not legal for Standard. (Nowadays we have Regulation Marks and we can define legality based on those.)
Looking back there are other ways this can be handled. Something like a Hidden Legends Shiny Vault “set” works and would probably be less confusing for users. For Celebrations, which is kind of a similar situation (a subset within the set that has different legality considerations) we mostly use Regulation Marks to control things but there actually are some hacks in the website to fix certain UI elements for those cards.
