Am I correct in thinking that, when you attach an energy card with Precious Touch to a benched Pokemon, it would trigger the Poke-Bodies / Abilities on the following Pokemon?:
1 – Supreme Victors Roserade C
2 – EVS Skiploom
3 – Unseen Forces / Sun & Moon / Furious Fists Eevee
4 – Malamar-EX
5 – Legends Awakened Regigigas

To all but specifically Unseen Forces Eevee, I would say yes. You are attaching the energy from your hand, so those effects would activate. However, UF Eevee’s ability says “This power can’t be used when you attach an Energy card to Eevee as part of an attack’s effect.” The other Eevees would work fine, though.

In expanded, I can picture making a fun deck with Sylveon VMAX and Malamar-EX to keep healing your benched Malamar, whilst also annoying your opponent with the sleep status condition each turn :)
