Would actually be super cool if the no-cards-in-deck restriction didn’t exist & you could take 1 prize each time you attacked as long as you had 0 cards left – you could get down to 0 cards in deck, use the attack every turn, then draw the prize card each time to never deck out – a super unique strategy!

That’s not how it would work. If you didn’t have a card in your deck to swap with, the move would fail instead.
