This guy was such a good example of “right place right time”, back in 2021, where it was used in the Galarian Moltres box deck to help counter Mew just by having free retreat and having the option to let you maybe draw 2 cards if you really needed it. Even during such an intense format, there was room for a card this underwhelming!
