Interestingly, the attack is nearly identical to Mewtwo EX, but the lack of self weakness and the inability for the attack to hit for weakness at all instantly avoids the format consuming trap that was Mewtwo EX. Instead, most people just use it for the Ability, which is much healthier, even if I do expect it to slowly climb in price.
