Arguably the best energy accel in fighting in the entire TCG, and the only one who can freely attach energies without a teammate doing the work for him. Regirock (Legends Awakened LA 38) needs someone else to transfer the energy around, but this guy can do it on his own. He makes attacks with costs along the lines of [FFFF] actually usable. On top of that, this a pretty good beater.
For the record, energy effects seem to work somewhat like this:
Multiple attachments: Water
Transfer(free): Grass, Psychic
Transfer(to active): Electric
Attach from the discard pile: Fire
Attach on attacking: Metal, Dark, Fighting

It IS kind of nice that they switched it up a bit in BW-on; Dark and Metal have the transfer, Fire has the multiple attachments, Electric and Dark have the attach from discard.
