I think this GX move is the only one with mandatory coin flips? Psyduck & Slowpoke GX has an option for flipping, but that’s an extra effect.

This appears to be a US-only card, so they might have intentionally made the GX attack not very good to avoid any headaches*. I dunno if that holds up, though – Tornadus GX, Raikou GX are in the same boat and don’t look egregiously bad.

“Thundering Hurricane 𝙂𝙓” isn’t awful; on average it’ll deal 200 damage, which isn’t bad for a vanilla 𝙂𝙓 move (Kommo-o 𝙂𝙓 is a Stage 2 and its 𝙂𝙓 move deals 240!)
