Restored from a fossil, this Pokémon can dive to depths beyond half a mile.

Why do there need to be fossil rules? Just play them normal, or have a trainer that says if you have Restored Pokemon X in your hand, you can play it. TPCi should want a good, playable fossil option because they’re cool pokemon.

Even Twist Mountain (Dark Explorers DEX 101) isn’t reliable enough.

Only b/c there are far too many playable Stadiums in today’s format.
I second the idea for a fossil Supporter: “Search your deck from up to 3 ‘Restored Pkmn’ and place them onto bench. Shuffle your deck afterwards.”

I disagree. I don’t think there are enough playable Stadiums. Really, there’s Skyarrow, Beach, and Twist Mountain that are required for strategy, and the rest (Pokemon Center, Burned Tower, Ruins of Alph, Indigo Plateau, Battle City, and one other I can’t think of) are techs at best. Decks using Beach are pretty much dead and Twist Mountain is flippy. Skyarrow Bridge is the only 100% playable stadium in format.
EDIT: The Stadium I forgot was Lost World. Sure, it also has its own decks, but I don’t think I need to be the one that says they aren’t the best right now.

I suppose you’re right. The “look at the bottom 7 cards” on the fossils is ridiculous, as well as the flippy on the Stadium (I forgot about that).
I was just pointing out that fact that, if you were to put Twist Mountain out into play, your opponent could counter Stadium it.
