Grass Resistance is very rare, right ?

Nowadays, it is. Back then, it was still pretty rare. Latios EX, most dratini line pokemon,and virtually every metal type resisted metal at the time resisted grass at the time. Given the tiny number of metal pokemon out there, that’s still pretty rare.
That being said, the word “have” (rather than has) should give you a hint to the use of this card. As a card intended for double battles, this will allow your other pokemon to attack without dealing with an enemy’s resistance

DX Tropius’ first attack is meant to have the same name as the attack that was featured on Team Aqua Technical Machine 01, but it looks like TATM01 was incorrectly translated as simply “Miracle”. I was wondering if ミラクルブロー [𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐰] omitted “Blow” on TATM01 for …some reason? While looking into it, ended up coming across this card, which has no problem transliterating the attack name in full.
