Unlike Sableye and Spiritomb, the Tynamo line’s lack of a weakness in the main series was never represented in the TCG. Part of this may have just been the design sentiment of the Gen 5 TCG trying to standardize a lot of card components way more rigidly, but there’s one ingenious little bit of logic to it. The Tynamo line only ever lacked a weakness in the main series due to Levitate, and in the TCG, Levitate doesn’t confer a Ground/Fighting resistance in the first place — it reduces retreat cost!
For contrast, look at Heatproof. On TEU and ASR Bronzong, it confers full immunity. And while we haven’t seen it since (due to the aforementioned standardization), Bronzong in Gen 4 would often carry a Fire resistance in reference to Heatproof as well.
