Poké-POWER ⇢ Dark Moon
As long as Umbreon is your Active Pokémon and has a {D} Energy attached to it, once during your turn (before your attack), you may look at your opponent’s hand. Choose from it a number of cards up to the number of {D} Energy attached to Umbreon and shuffle them into your opponent’s deck. Your opponent then draws the same number of cards from his or her deck. This power can’t be used if Umbreon is affected by a Special Condition.
{C}{C}{C} → Shadow Bind : 30
The Defending Pokémon can’t retreat during your opponent’s next turn.

Was this actually good?
Adam Capriola
Nope. None of the E-Series cards were really used that much. Feraligatr from Expedition was pretty good, but that was about it besides some Trainers.

I love the Japan-exclusive McDonald’s promo of this card with the alternate art

Yup–a good handful of Aquapolis cards got alternate art versions in January-February and May-June 2002, at McDonalds.

024/P, the alternate art to Aquapolis Zapdos, is also a particularly cool one.
