    Was this as valuable as Lux X in its time?

      Not even close! Nobody really played it. I used 1 copy in my Banette ex/Vaporeon ex deck at Nationals in 2007 and it was a nice tech, but no decks focused on it.

      I think the 1 retreat cost and sorta weak attacks prevented it from being as good as Luxray GL LV.X.

        The only reason Lux X was good is it did 60 for 1+Egain, which made it OK. But this doesn’t have to be active!
