Poké-POWER ⇢ Dark Ray
Once during your turn, when you put Umbreon Star from your hand onto your Bench, you may choose 1 card from your opponent’s hand without looking and discard it.
{D}{D} → Feint Attack
Choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. This attack does 30 damage to that Pokémon. This attack’s damage isn’t affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies, or any other effects on that Pokémon.
· Pokémon Star rule: You can’t have more than 1 Pokémon Star in your deck.

It was really cool how this set made a previously hyper-hyper-rare commonly available, as a reprint.
or the Crystal cards from Skyridge and Aquapolis.
Makes me hope they’ll do the same for other ultra rare cards in the future, like Illustrator Pikachu

Would be really cool to loop this card with Scoop Up Net.
Keep discarding cards from your opponent’s hand over and over…

If you missed out on the POP printing of this, this is the next best way to get a hold of this beautiful card.

I hope we get more historic reprints like these for the 30th anniversary. There’s definitely a treasure trove of highly sought-after cards.

Definitely, I’d love to see things like the gold star charizard delta species and moonbreon get the pikachu stamp treatment so more people can have these cards.

I’d be rooting for Shining Raichu and Mew Gold Star Delta Species. Shining Raichu is the best Shining Pokémon and is the focus of a strong deck in Japan’s Hall of Fame format and its fan variations (It only took keeping Electrode but limiting Energy Removal play to make a Shining Pokémon viable). Mew Gold Star, meanwhile, is one of the best Gold Stars in the 2007, 2008 and Ruby and Sapphire through Power Keepers formats.
I don’t think Moonbreon will get reprinted based on what we’ve seen so far (Always time for Pokémon to print an all Full Art Classic collection to prove me wrong!). The Full Arts for Reshiram and Zekrom were featured because they were the first Full Arts, so Full Art N from Noble Victories, the first Full Art Supporter, is definitely next in line.

The idea of reprinting highly desirable and historically notable cards was always the main appeal of the last celebrations set. I know they’d never print those two cards I mentioned, but it’d be nice to in order to make them more accessible to everyone like the Kanto starter stage 2 evolutions from base set and this shining star umbreon. That said, it’d be cool to even reprint the star espeon from POP 5 that was also with this card as chase cards in the set.
There’s honestly a lot of cards they could put in a 30th anniversary set, but knowing TCPI it’ll probably be underwhelming like PRE.
